Power Flow

Owner Beth Culler draws from traditions including Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Baptiste to create an innovative, athletic hybrid practice. Power Yoga’s fast-paced classes, done in a studio heated between 85-95 degrees, take yogis through a variety of standing and seated sequences along with arm-balances and inversions that together build arm, leg and core strength.
