Preparing Yourself for a Heated Class
- Room heated to 85-95 degrees.
- This warms the muscles to help you develop strength and flexibility.
- Arrive 10 minutes early
- Bring a mat
- Bring a towel – you will sweat!
- Come on an empty stomach
- No perfumes, colognes or scented lotion
- Hydrate sufficiently before and after class
- Place cell phones on vibrate or off
- Remember there is no competition – where you are is where you should be
