As an all-around fitness professional with certifications in personal training and a variety of other formats, yoga has been her main passion since getting certified 12 years ago. Monica Rowe believes yoga has given her “the balance needed between strength training and conditioning, deeper flexibility and helping prevent injuries from my aggressive hobbies,” which include a host of outdoor sports and keeping up with her two kids, Trey (12) and Audrey (11).
Preferred poses: Forearm stand, half pigeon, threading the needle
Hobbies: Mountain biking, snow skiing, volunteering at church
