A dedicated fitness instructor for more than two decades, Julie Thorne has long appreciated the joy, peace and mindfulness that her daily yoga practice imparts. Julie often enjoys a prayer before class asking for “wisdom and insight to facilitate growth in my students.” A 200 hour registered yoga teacher, Julie leads our Freedom Flow and Sunrise Yoga classes.

Favorite style of yoga: Hatha

Preferred poses: Wheel, tree, spinal twist

Hobbies: Walking my dogs, Baylor football games, visiting my three kids in college
