Beth Culler, is a fitness enthusiast, exercise specialist, personal trainer, and yoga master, with more than 30 years of experience. Her passion for fitness, love of teaching and entrepreneurial spirit has enabled her to help hundreds of adults and children achieve their fitness goals. Recognized as one of the metroplex’s premier fitness leaders, Beth is well known as a high energy motivator, coach, instructor, trainer, and video personality.

After taking her first Vinyasa yoga class with Joseph Singly a decade ago, “It was love at first sight,” says Beth. “I wanted to share this amazing practice with everyone while also creating a positive and healthy community of yogis. “I absolutely love being around people, seeing their personal growth and watching them transform their lives through this amazing practice!”

Favorite style of yoga: Power, Vinyasa and Baptiste

Preferred poses: Crescent lunge, balancing half moon, handstand

Hobbies: Hanging with my husband, two young kids and extended family. Also
snowboarding, biking, painting and, of course, yoga.

Post-practice treat: Tons of water!
